HOA MANAGEMENT
Home Owners Association department is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of common areas in a community. This includes but not limited to swimming pool, park, tennis courts, overseeing paid staff or contractors, communicating with residents, collecting dues, and handling emergencies.
VACATION RENTALS
Services include listing the rentals on online booking channels, pricing each rental and adjusting prices for specific calendar dates, answering inquiries from potential guests and communicating with existing guests, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure the rentals are prepared.
LONG TERM RENTAL
Long term rentals fall under our property management services. Marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases and securing premises. Our goal is to find you the tenant that is most qualified for your investment. We assist your property with year round maintenance services.
HOME INSPECTIONS
Our Home inspections consist of an examination of the condition of a real estate property to check for compliance and assess if there are hazards or structural defects. This entails examining both the interior and exterior of the property, including infrastructure, electrical and plumbing systems, and water quality and many more qualities that complete the mechanics of a house, condo, or building.
ELECTRICAL
We are licensed in the state of B.C.S. and by C.F.E. We’re here for you to do the following but not limited to. Blueprints or technical diagrams. Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices. All work is done to abide U.S. code and OSHA regulations.
PLUMBING
Plumbing is essential to any living, public or work space. We can assist with the following but not limited to. Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids. Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
CARPENTRY
You will be amazed with our finish carpentry. Finish Carpentry refers to the final touches that make a house a home. We build items, such as shelves, doors, windows, counters, and other carpentry projects, to the correct scale and dimensions.
CONCIERGE
24/7 concierge services for our guest and clients. Make dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtain tickets for events. Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations. Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours. Our clients have exclusive access to special pricing and discounts for all tours and activities in Los Cabos which can not be obtained anywhere else.
REGISTRY
Detailed report produced on a monthly basis that accounts for all the expenses. This includes live updates, anytime the document is updates you receive a live update straight to your smart phone. We manage all of your month to month expenses variable, fixed, intermittent, and discretionary expenses.

Our vacation rentals are provided with mattress prospectors, complete bedding, towels, face towels, and much more to give a hotel like stay. All of our bedding is a 100% white satin cotton. This is at no cost to our clients.

TRANSPORTATON
Vacation rental guests can be at ease, we provide them with round trip transportation. They also have the option to hire our private transportation services while they are in town. Private drivers are available 24/7.
